A Beacon of Innovative Design in Budapest.

At the bustling crossroads of Hungária körút and Kerepesi út in Budapest, the Arena Corner Office Building stands as a testament to modern architectural innovation. Since its unveiling in 2007, this prestigious complex, featuring an intelligent building management system, has become a coveted address for global enterprises.

In 2021, the building underwent a transformative renovation, with a particular focus on enhancing its communal spaces. This ambitious project was realised in collaboration with our long-standing partners, Solinfo Group, with MádiLáncos Studio leading the interior design.

Key areas of the building saw significant upgrades. The reimagined dining area now serves multiple purposes, seamlessly blending spaces for nourishment, relaxation, and collaboration. The lobby has been transformed into an inviting gateway that artfully blurs the boundaries between indoor and outdoor environments, highlighted by a central oasis of greenery.

Our team made a substantial contribution to this project by producing cutting-edge lighting solutions, including the Novus75 and Profilite45 PLX suspended fixtures. These professional lighting solutions not only elevate the aesthetic appeal but also enhance the functionality of various spaces.

The renovation prioritised the use of sustainable materials and advanced building management techniques, creating an environment that fosters relaxation, focus, and connection. This approach is perfectly aligned with the needs of the modern workplace, promoting both productivity and well-being.

Through this collaborative effort, Arena Corner has transcended the conventional office space, offering a holistic experience tailored to the diverse needs of today’s professionals. It now stands not merely as an office building, but as a beacon of innovative design and functionality within Budapest’s corporate landscape.

The success of this project underscores the power of thoughtful design and strategic partnerships in creating spaces that cater to the evolving demands of today’s business world.
