Spectra Lighting & LPP: Sculpting the Future of Retail with Light.

How does light become a brand's silent storyteller and a pivotal part of its strategy? Through a genuine partnership where design meets technology, an architect's vision is brought to life by a manufacturer's heart.

We are incredibly proud to showcase the results of our long-standing collaboration with LPP, an undisputed fashion leader in Central and Eastern Europe. For a dynamic brand like Reserved, which inspires and sets trends, lighting couldn't be a mere afterthought. It had to become an integral part of the architecture tool to tell the brand's story and shape the customer experience.

Working alongside the visionary team at Studio 1:1, we embraced the challenge: to create a lighting system that was not just functional, but a core part of the brand's visual identity. We knew that standard, off-the-shelf luminaires couldn't fulfil such an ambitious vision. As a European manufacturer of professional lighting solutions, our strength lies in creating unique products—from the initial design sketch to the final, perfect detail.

The answer from our R&D team was a bespoke recessed luminaire: the Swing Oval. Its soft, organic form breaks the geometric lines of the retail space, creating an artistic, flowing rhythm across the ceiling. But its true power lies in how it elevates the customer’s journey:

  • Creating Atmosphere and Comfort: It provides a pleasant, diffused light that builds a welcoming, hospitable atmosphere, making customers feel relaxed and at ease.
  • Driving Accent and Sales: Concealed within are deeply recessed, fully adjustable projectors. These modules bring the collections to life, highlighting the texture of fabrics and the richness of colours, allowing customers to truly appreciate the quality and beauty of each product.

This project for LPP is proof that effective retail lighting is a living ecosystem. Alongside the flagship Swing Oval, we implemented a range of specialist solutions, each playing a precisely defined role:

  • Track Systems (DAISY 80): These provide crucial flexibility, allowing for dynamic accent lighting on window displays and changing collections—an indispensable tool for visual merchandisers.
  • Decorative Luminaires (AMBIENTE Suspended): These create an intimate mood in the fitting room areas, supporting customers at that crucial moment of decision.
  • Technical & Emergency Lighting (Faro): This forms the unseen but essential technical backbone of the store, ensuring safety and reliability in full compliance with stringent UK and European standards.

This project is a symbol of our philosophy. We believe that light is not a commodity, but a strategic tool. In the hands of conscious brands and designers, it has the power to shape spaces, build emotion, and drive business.
